4 Days Lake Bunyonyi Tour
Day 1 – Arrival at Entebbe Airport
Our guide will be there waiting for you. Pick up and proceed to your hotel room around the airport, where you will spend a night resting for the long journey. This will depend onyour arrival time, however you might be driven straight to lake Bunyonyi
Day 2 – Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
The Guide will be there in time to drive you to Lake Bunyonyi. On your way, you will start experiencing the beautiful nature of Uganda. You will see great landscapes, the equator crossing line, large tea plantations, long horned ankole cattle, beautiful birds and the locals of the area. We shall have a stop over at lake Mburo and spot at some wildlifes like Zebras and antelopes. The journey is approximately 8 hours drive with resting points and time to take some photos if in need.
Day 3 – Lake Bunyonyi
After breakfast, we go for a boat cruise on lake bunyonyi. Just as the name “Bunyonyi” meaning birds, Expect to see quiet a number of different bird species and butterflies. This lake is also surrounded by great landscape and 29 small islands. we sahll have an evening visit to the Abaheesi and Batwa communities and interact with this locals of the land.
Day 4 – Transfer to Entebbe Airport
After breakfast, you will be transfered to the airport to catch up with your flight back home.
